I need apply a 30 yr fixed mortgage. From Google, these two provided the
lowest rate (4.75% for good credit score) and there has no any lender fee.
North American Savings Bank
Equity Source Home Loans, LLC
Does any DX use these two service providers before? I contacted a local
Chinese agent and his rate is still 4.875 with about 1k lender fee.

I wouldn't trust these banks' online quote since there are other charges
besides lender fee, like escrow, title company charge, appraisal fee, etc...

通过ipad的settings直接选on demand，注册后，确实说免费的啊。我的猜测是它网上
