请教各位，
暑假里我的房子转租给了个本科生，租期是到9月，结果前几天她突然说要搬走，我说
你说好要住到9月的，其后她说住所不安全，我说那你可以不住，但是8月房租和押金需
要商榷。现在8月的房租要交了，她联系不上，我只好自己先把钱交了。请问如果她既
不搬走又不交租我该怎么办？报警？告状？因为我不在当地，所以怎样都比较麻烦。

16GB $450-$550 这几天没有“大卖家”的deal，大概搜了下都是小卖家，感觉$500以
下的都不是新的，或者配件不齐。
64GB eBay Daily Deal 今天$600 几小时就抢空了原价$850 Amazon价$760
ebay网站有2%cashback，10月1后，用Discover有online shopping的5% off。
能想到就这么多了，我不太会找deal。。。。
年底了，求带爱疯的需求越来越大，
求经验分享。
