我的想法是，比如每个月付了所有的费用后，平均每月还有１０００的剩余，可以考虑
放进去，或做其他的投资，或考虑大的ＵＰＧＲＡＤＥ？
是不是做个ＤＥＣＫ？是否外墙需要重新喷漆？是否ＲＯＯＦ换一下？是否地下室改造
？厨房是否改造一下？．．．．

我们还比屯子热啊，我记得最高温度是2000年8月下旬，好像持续10天过100f, 最高上

Pay as little as you can, never pay off, refi every few years, your goal is
to max the amount of debt you have when you die and max the amount of fun
you have when you are still young.
Most chinese people got it all wrong, when they are young and strong they
should be borrowing and spending money to have fun, otherwise when they get
old, they are not capacable of having much fun anymore when they end up with
lots of money.

The goal of the game is to find ways to borrow as much money as you can and
spend all of them to enjoy life.

Yes, they know how this game is played.
Lots of chinese people work hard to make money, but put them in the bank or
invest them, so people like 好莱坞明星 can borrow them and really enjoy life.
I am not sure this is sad or not, but life is too short to just die with
bunch of 0s to your name.
Enjoy while you are still young to have some fun.

When you are young, you need more money, bacause you can climb the mountain,
sail the ocean, when you are old (not sure when you plan to retire), you
only need minimum of money to live on because you may not have the strength
to climb any mountain, you may not be able to eat the good food because you
have some health condition. And there is always some kind of accident risk
of you not living to the age you hope to.

That's not entirely true. While it is good to have debt, you may not
want to use it all upfront. For example, many chinese pay off the first
house and then buy another bigger house to enjoy. There is nothing
wrong with that as well. You don't want to end up like American working
after retirement just to service debts. As long as one does not
aggressively cut spending just in order to pay off the house earlier,
because that would be really dumb.
Why not enjoy steak whenever you want, instead of e

今年很奇怪啊，整个6月应该是最热的长菜的时候，结果90度以上没有几天啊，老下雨。
害的我番茄到现在才一个发红。
往年6月我天天游泳的，今年游泳池就跳进去过一次，太凉了，游没几下赶紧就上来了。

I agree with your "you may not want to use it all upfront."
In ideal situation when you die, you want two things to happen, you do not
have ability to borrow any more money (max out your credit), you have used
up all the money you have (zero out your cash).
But we do not live in ideal situation, so can not achieve this. But if you
are good, you can get it pretty close.
Since you can bring any money into this world or take it with you when you
leave. It is best you spend most of it when you can,
