1.如果你有两个以上尚未完成的项目，突然告诉你要改变项目的priority，你会如何处
理？
我只是想到，我的计划随之改变，但是这肯定远远不够呀，该怎么回答,怎么举例呢？
2.如何两个项目同时接近deadline了，工作压力很大，怎么能在这种情况下很圆满地完
成项目？
觉得自己回答这方面的问题的水平很差，可能是IQ和EQ都很低，每次有自己不会的问题
都觉得自己很笨：（。恳请各位大牛指教。

家里二个土人，现在用的是最老土的手机，想换6，看了半天，看的头昏眼花，实在是
科盲。请帮忙扫盲一下：
1）是不是用wifi时，就不属于data plan的？6里面设置这个选择方便吗？
2）看那个流量选择实在不懂，好像一般一个人1Gb够了，手机里面可以设置上限吗？
3）plan的选择，请问下大家为啥都不选tmobile，我看了一下，好像他家是1Gb的4G，
然后降到2G就是无限流量了，而且最便宜。是不是还是应该选ATT或V家的，信号更好？
V家的move everything plan和edge，好像edge更便宜，我是不是就选它了？
请指点一下，谢谢！

I feel for all this kind of questions, we need to get more information in
order to make sensible decisions.
For example, for the first one. Changing priority means put different energy
and time on two projects. Depending on my roles in two projects, I need to
inform my team member such changing and what will be the impacts on each
project's progress. Certainly, the overall schedule of both projects needs
meet the deadline. Sometimes, I need to advise the leaders who should follow
up my work...

One word: Escalate (must be included and empathized in your answer)
and you can start from there., e.g. inform all the parties that could be
affected, change deadlines, bring in more resources, cut features, have a
contingent plan, etc.
This may not be the answer you tell the interviewer, but should be what you
need to do in reality: To be politically correct, you have to immediately
escalate it to your direct manager. Whatever plan or decision you come up
with, it has to come down from your manager or at least with him/her being
aware of it. Otherwise, you could be the scape goat.

2个个人plan，60+60，每人2GB数据。

谢谢了。对于你的回答，有一个问题，因为没在公司干过，只是好奇。你说要将
priority改变的情况回报给manager，难道不是manager让改变的吗？

data虽然不常用，但是电话还是要经常用的，所以还是想选个无限电话无限短信的：）

You cannot assume this. Maybe the customer requires that.
So for such kind of questions, the first thing is to always consult with
your manager. If he has suggestions, follow his suggestions. Only when he
asks you decide by yourself, you can do you own analysis.
