这个offer说三个月花1000返100，外加15个月零APR. 没申请过discover的卡，不知道
这个值得申请吗？谢谢

EAD已经有了，现在的工作允许take one year leave of absence让我把我的博士课程
读完再回来工作。但是由于排期倒退，等拿到绿卡还不知道要多久。请问现在去take
leave of absence是不是不太保险？有人有类似经历吗？谢谢！

你可以换位思考一下如果你父毋现在AOS本来什么工作也不做的难道啥也不能做继续

你现在不是eb2 也不是out of status, 你现在是AOS w eligibility to work and
advanced parole previliges guarranteed. You are conditionally residency
protected in almost every state under federal law. 不知各大学是否common, 你
AOS study在我们这没有任何问题相当于residents。就连undocumented的小孩都可以进
college 你有啥好担心的

觉的她不太适合当演员。在家做太太，代娃应该是个好妈妈。

看自己了如果能肯定半年内绿不了为了给自己加个保险读phd一年找个校内TA ra
mentor 只要有payroll也行啊反正你有Ead 再不行在当地找个less than part time
的活也成, 你光自己掏钱交学费苦读一年不打点短工自己做做不闷啊话说回来最后也
没多大概率非要evl的说 take it easy

I thought EAD was for similar employment? If I take a TA position while

有同感，不太有表演天赋，但是看她的访谈，感觉应该是挺贤惠挺善解人意的太太，吴

Not necessarily , if no any rfe or evl 在180天之内骚扰你, 看现在cod的形式你
被骚扰的情况基本没可能了

Thx so much for your reply! I am still puzzled. I was told my EB i140 was
based on my employment and i cannot leave to study full-time :(
