1。Refinance有什么限制吗？我是今年初买的房子。还得重做appraisal吧？
2。refinance 必须找现在的mortgage bank吗？
3。refinance 能拿到和purchase一样的rate吗？
4。refinance 的费用一般是多少？
暂时就想到这些。

我一般钱夹都揣在裤兜最底下，所以每次付钱都很痛苦地翻所有东西出来才能拿出钱夹。

the bank, some will honor if less than 6 month, some ask for a new one even
after 1 month.

很多女性的手提包跟哆啦a梦的口袋一样的，找个东西没那么方便。相比之下手机就更
常常拿在手的。

是啊比如中午出去就可以只拿手机了去个星巴克或者去个cvs这种应该已经没问题了。
然后就是慢慢普及下去吧。
以前有个level up的app也是类似还有softcard时候都不太看好，还和朋友吵觉得不普
及有不普及的原因。局限性太大。
可apple这么一搞，脑残粉突然觉得前途无量了。
就像星巴克的支付app就很普及了，感觉相当比例的人在刷手机，我是已经好久没拿出
过实体卡了。
苹果加油！啦啦啦！
