版上有这个搭配的朋友吗？你们能弄到4k分辨率吗（3840 x [email protected]）？
官网上说mac mini 2014是可以支持3840 x 2160 @30hz，可是我连hdmi只能到1920 x
1080。我试了网上其他的办法，比如用mdp－－active mdp－to－hdmi－－hdmi，这个
方法，也还是只能到1920 x 1080。
我还没有试SwitchResX这个方法，但好像就算用了SwitchResX，也只能到3840 x 2160
@18hz。
这是我目前做的research，开机的时候能够到3840 x 2160 @30hz，但一旦进入系统，
就变回1920 x 1080。结论好像是yosemite在支持4k minitor上驱动还不完美，需要优
化驱动？
另外，我用active mdp－hdmi cable连接一个lenovo 的win 7机器，seiki能够马上识
别，并且是3840 x [email protected]。这让我更坚信是yosemite的问题。

你如果想时不时地看看，不如找个有摄像头的。。。

Probably your HDMI cable only supports 1080P. If you want 4K resolution,
you may need Display Port Cable, or HDMI v1.4b or V2.0 cable. But Seiki 4K
TV only supports V1.4b.

I'm using Seiki 39" TV as 4k monitor for my 2012 Mac mini. HDMI only
supports 1080p, to get 4k 30Hz, I use the active mini display port to HDMI
adaptor:

I patched the system using:

You need to search around from the above link to find the latest patch for
Yosemite.
Everything works for me with no problem, because I did not upgrade to
Yosemite. You may need to research more for 2014 mini on macrumors or other
English forums.

Awesome, thanks for the post. I ordered the new mac mini 2014, and it comes
with Yosemite, so I have no choice. I believe there will be patches for
Yosemite, I'll research more into that.
So you got it working 4k @30hz? How do you like it? Mouse lag is obvious,
right?

Surprisingly, the mouse lag is not that bad, I don't even notice much.
Under native 4k resolution, everything is so tiny, so I'm running HiDPI mode
at 1080p, which looks fantastic! You're welcome and good luck!

我还是觉得离家近好。还是要尽量减少rush hour的时候娃在车上的机会，虽然上下班
时间紧张了点儿。

既然选好daycare，那只能选择相信它了。离家近还有个好处就是，两个人有急事，可
