we saw a house in houston, tx, year 1990 single family house, ~2500 sqft, 2
story, 3 br, 1 study, all br upstairs.
we'd like to change the following things before moving in:
1. install new plantation shutters for windows throughout house.
2. change new carpets throughout second floor and stairs.
3. fresh paint walls throughout house with rich color.
we're first time buyers, no experiences at all, please help us with a rough
estimation of the cost to decide how much cash to leave by hand, no fanc
