2009年的EB2-NIW，很快批准，然后等着
2011年11月，EB1a 140，没有485
2012年2月，排期到了，交485，EAD/AP申请
2012年5月，EB1a RFE，想想EAD在手，算了，withdraw
今天受到USCIS两封信，一个说withdraw confirmed，一个说485 denied，因为"did
not have an immigrant visa immediately available to you at the time that you
filed the Form I485".然后"there is no appeal from this decision" and "need
to file a motion to reopen or reconsider with this Service Center."需要交个
I290B。
两个问题。第一EB1a 140 withdraw怎么会影响到NIW 485? 是不是移民局搞错了？第二
，我已经用了EAD，现在是不是就没身份了？该如何处理？
情况紧急，恳求相关信息和建议

是不是odyssey一定要买extended warranty呢？有人没买也开了８，９年好好的吗？

因为我买new apple tv主要目的就是玩游戏，所以这几天都在玩游戏app.
打网球的玩法类似wii, 把遥控器当球拍，不过手感比wii好多了。
打保龄球和台球的都是用touch pad,操作感觉不错。
rayman 游戏也是用touch pad, rayman 游戏各方面都不错，在ipad上就是我最喜欢的
游戏。
赛车游戏都不错，把遥控器当方向盘，基本没有延迟。
还有一个背火箭的，操作很简单，按一下就是跳，但是过关也不容易。
小鸡过马路的画面太差，不是很好玩。
目前就是玩玩free的，花钱的要等等其它人的评价再说。
apple tv 目前没有试玩，这一点需要改进

有人没买也开了８，９年好好的吗？肯定有。否则extended warranty没人卖给你了。但是关键是RP问题。

赶紧交290B，一旦有case pending，你的身份就没有问题。

一般建议不买，至少不要从卖车的dealer那儿买。新车3年保修以外本身都还带power
train warranty (Honda 5年/6万迈)。

You better consult with an immigration attorney. And you might not be able
to work from now until you motion to reopen is approved. I might be wrong.

我有ps3, xbox, 不太喜欢玩那种游戏，太贵而且废脑。
我还是喜欢玩休闲的免费小游戏
