弱弱的问一下，手机操作系统是英文，安装的微信好像默认是英文版，没有看到发
红包的选项，请问应该怎么才可以发微信红包？谢谢！

多数states的法是保护seller的。seller不想卖了啥事没有。

直接把微信语言改成中文就行了吧。即使英文版也应该有红包功能啊

sue the seller racial discrimination.
Now US Dept of Justice is suing a chicago seller for withdrawing the house
from market.
You may get huge compensation.
The federal government filed a civil lawsuit Monday against a couple living
in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood and their real estate agent, for
allegedly refusing to sell their home to an African-American family.
The filing, made in U.S. District Court in Chicago, names as defendants
Daniel and Adrienne Sabbia; their real estate agent, Jeffrey Lowe; and
Midwest Realty Ventures, which does business as Prudential Rubloff
Properties.
The lawsuit was expected. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development originally filed a federal housing discrimination complaint last
month against the parties after it determined that Chicago radio
personality George Willborn’s failed efforts to buy the Sabbias’ home was
the result of housing discrimination. The case was moved to the Justice
Department in late August.
In January, the Willborns tried to buy the Sabbias’ 8,000-square-foot home.
According to the original HUD complaint, the two parties verbally agreed on
a $1.7 million purchase price. However, the Sabbias never signed the
purchase contract. They told a real estate agent for the Willborns that they
had decided to take the home off the market, despite it being listed for
sale for almost two years.
“By refusing to sign the sales contract,” HUD said in its complaint, the
Sabbias “committed unlawful discrimination…after the making of a bona fide
offer because of their race, African-American.”
Neither the Sabbias, an attorney for Lowe or an attorney for Rubloff
returned phone calls for comment.

Just complain to HUD. Justice Dept may file another law suit against the
seller.

change the iphone to Chinese in Setting, you should be able to see wallet in
wechat, then you can change it back to English, the wallet icon is still
there.

如果腾讯有你们的服务器是可以发的哦~！如果跟国内的朋友发的发微信红包的话是需
要兑换成RMB才可以发的哦~！有兑换微信红包的网站，比如www.cnypai.com 兑换成
RMB之后就可以了呢
