其实再有两个星期应该就approve了的
if you can be so sure, make visa appointment with Embassy in two weeks, so
you can go to interview and get H1 visa. (ask company to Fedex the approval
to you when they have it) It is unlikely VO will issue you F1 visa stamp
given you requested H1 date may start anytime now.

好像是9.3的bug
9.3的第二版修复了
不过现在都是9.3.1了

怎么会没密码？就算是指纹的，也初始化的时候也设置过一个数字密码吧

iCloud密码跟屏幕密码格式不一样，一个要有大小写，一个纯数字，哪有什么好像不行
。它是要你设置密码吧？你自己先看清楚

So you got H1 approval with I-94 now. If you want to travel, just make
appointment to get H1 visa stamp in China to come back. If your H1 is still
not approved, you are in the same situation as before, onece you leave US,
you need to wait until H1 approval and then get H1 visa stamp to return.

不是，就iPad mini 第一代，数字密码被我去掉了，让父亲用，那知他点IOS更新后，
就再也进不去，被锁屏了。

不是要设置密码，现在因为密码的问题，IPad被停用了，说要连iTunes。

父亲不怎么会用，选了IOS更新、就再也进不去了，用了IClouds的密码也不行，现在已
经不让输密码了，IPad被彻底停用了。看来只好IClouds 登录，erase IPad 重新安装
了，下图是让输密码时的界面。

几乎可以肯定是你父亲在更新后设置密码了。
重新设置吧，或者找FBI问问他们咋解的

他不懂计算机，应该不会设置密码，只是按了更新提示对话框的按钮。

这个bug说的是要输入apple的密码，应该不是锁屏密码

好像没啥好办法，只能重装了。

The issue, which appears to be limited to older iPads, usually presents
itself during the activation stage and multiple users have reported seeing
authentication error messages. While the symptom suggests overly congested
activation servers on Apple's end — situation normal for a new firmware
release — some iPad owners have been waiting for 24 hours without luck.
A few Support pages forum members said they were able to work around the
issue by downloading iOS 9.3 through iTunes on a Mac and installing over a
hardwired USB connection, but others have attempted the same without success
. Another method that proved effective for some is a full restore. It is
recommended that users conduct a local or iCloud backup prior to restoring
their device as the process erases all user data.
At least one Support Communities member affected by the potential bug took
their device into a local Apple Store for help, but employees were unable to
offer assistance.
Apple has not issued a statement regarding the matter and did not respond to
a request for comment.
