conference presenttion( IO said too common)
U.S. patent pending
Review 31
Recommendation letter 7
Company's lawyer from big law firm
Review met the criteiral in the first round of review , noid intially
After providing some citations in response to Noid, three criteria met but
total merits failed.
Conclusion, 0001 is a subjective killer.
Not sure we will go to appeal or refile after a few months.
Really feel bad now, spend lots of time and money there Is a green card
really worthy of it?

8月底memo好像还没出来吧？递交的时候如果memo没出来，后来RFE的时候还能拿memo说
事？
之前看到不少其他人的case，RFE递交的新证据统统不算，说只能以一开始递交的材料算
这帮IO真是双重标准啊！

0001 is really illogic.
Even the lawyer said we should get RFE instead of NOID in the beginning as
we at least met one criteria.
He did not read carefully our response materials.

是双标准的，我的RFE中还说了，根据他们的unpublished policy, blabla.
我刚寄了RFE,看来必死无疑阿，之前都不知道有这个两步法。

还是用了其他的搜索引擎一起算起来的呢。原来IO也会用Google scholar。。。

I think the key problem is the criterion of publication and contribution was
not met. So at least should focus on one of them using all your strength
and plus the review.
The low citation is really a killing point if you don't argue it right.

I mean the 4th citation is from scopous not google scholar.
Since I have low citation, I just list the author title, country in a table,
which might not be professional. I also attached all the citation materials
which cited my paper.
You 'd better check others post. Also this is just from 0001 officer. Others
might be different.

citation我看了这么多人的case，感觉还是非常非常重要的。我的只有40多，我专门花
了一段话来介绍本领域如何投入不足，特别是相对于类似的领域如何没钱，没钱就没
researcher，就没杂志没引用，就需要国际人士，这样搞一下也许有帮助
这个io感觉确实变态，再投一次吧。
