Dear professors, I am having this question for a long time. If a person is
listed on a NIH R01 grant as a post-doc with his/her biosketch attached and
certain percent effort, can he/she be considered as an co-investigator on
this grant? By the way, is there a way to search for co-investigators on a
grant on the website of NIH? Or it is only up to the PI? Thanks a lot.
Forgive me if it is naive.

My answer would be no. In this case, the term "investigator" rather than "co
-investigator" would be more appropriate.
There is no way to search for a co-investigator on relevant NIH grant
funding website because co-investigators are not listed.

postdoc is not considered as key personal in a NIH grant. PI can attached a
postdoc 's biosketch in the senior personal section and specify his effort
in a proposal, but postdoc personal changes do not need NIH approval.

Seems they are not supporting IE7 anymore?
Cause sometime it's ok in my Firefox, but never good in IE7..
