在一个大公司，进来的时候title是developer, 但实际上都是做代码upgrade和debug的
工作。这个过程中学到了很多技术，看别人的代码，比自己闷头写代码似乎能学到的东
西更多。
现在有一个offer，完全是developer，应不应该换工作呢？长远来看，哪个更有利？

基本情况：我是02年来读Ph.D.的，现在在做博后，有绿卡；先生入了美国籍，我想以
自己的名义申请妈妈来美探亲；父亲2010年去世；我有两个姐姐在国内。想请有经验的
人帮我看看我准备的材料够不够。
我提供的材料：
1. 邀请信
2. 护照复印件；社会安全卡复印件；驾照复印件；医疗卡复印件；（要绿卡复印
件吗？）
3. Employment verification letter; statement；
4. Copy of pay tabs in last six months；
5. 2010 tax files (only 1040, no W2);
6. Copy of bank statements in last 3 months;
7. DS-160 confirmation page
我妈妈准备的材料：
1. 签证申请费收据
2. 护照
3. 我的出生公证
4. 亲属关系公证
5. 房产证
6. 银行存款证明
7. 退休金存款证明
8. 单位退休证明信
9. 公费医疗保险卡
10. 身份证
11. 户口本
12. 家庭照片
大家一般房产证身份证等是带原件还是复印件啊？
