My contract did not mention anything about the relocation reimbursing. When
I was negotiating the offer with the HR recruiting specialist, I asked for a
salary increase and relocation fee, the HR specialist replied that they can
give me a 2000 salary increase but no relocation fee. I have already signed
the contract but today while I was reading the university policies online,
I found that the university has a relocation reimbursing policy to support
the newly-hired full-time faculty & staff. Can I still ask for relocation
reimbursing?

买的short sale, 这周counter offer, agent 说应该可以close 了，今天联系了几个
broker,
只有一个回复说：
For buying condo, these are the 3 requiremnts, please find out the new
purchase condo has met all these 3 requirement, I can't do the loan if one
is not met.
(1) owner occupancy rate needs to be >70%
(2) no litigation pending aginst HOA
(3) the HOA fee deliquencty rate can't >15% for whloe complex

Sounds right. And also the interest rate on townhouse is higher than SFH
and the downpayment requirement is higher.

condo是这样的，而且这个‘condo’的定义不是listing时候说的TH还是condo
貌似是看county那边的记录还是啥米的

HOA Management has to fill out questionnaire when you are applying for your
loan, the 1st 5 questions on questionnaire will cover top 3 conditions.
owndership will determin condo or towehouse, reference to redfin listing
webpage, you will find ownership of the property.
Ownership: Fee Simple
