网上有一回国的职位, 是个猎头贴的,
发简历过去, 马上安排和HR电面,
HR过关, 又和HIRING MANAGER电面,
可是今天居然收到那个公司大中国区PRESIDENT的EMAIL,
说看到我在LINKEDIN的PROFILE,要安排我和中国区的MANAGING DIRECTOR电面.
很显然PRESIDENT不知道我已经在IN PROCESS...
我曾问过猎头和HR, 职位是ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR还是DIRECTOR, 猎头说应该是DIRECTOR
, HR又说该由HIRING MANAGER决定. 我都被搞糊涂拉. 总的来说觉得猎头很水.
现在PRESIDENT直接联系我, 而且马上让我和MD谈, 我觉得职位至少在DIRECTOR OR
ABOVE.
不知道猎头和公司间到底有什么协议, 我能FIRE猎头, 直接和公司谈吗?还是两头都进
行? 可是我总觉得职位都不一定是同一个.
不过我觉得我应该告诉MD已经和HIRING MANAGER聊过. 否则人家会觉得我不够坦诚.
请知情人给点建议. 多谢.

accelerating expansion of the Universe through observations of distant
supernovae" with one half to Saul Perlmutter and the other half jointly to
Brian P. Schmidt and Adam G. Riess.
邵逸夫奖走在了前面，这三位2006年得过。

这下邵氏奖也跟着提高了知名度。
不过，感觉虽然他们的结果虽然很重要，可也就是个苦力活，技术含量不高。

最近给天体物理的奖好像多了点儿，而且觉得这次的这个给得有点儿早。
结果是否正确，或者怎样来理解这个结果，还都有商榷的余地。
