BP said he could re-evaluate or cut dividend after next dividend
distribution. Cut is expected sounds like.
Very bad news fore BP. at least short term.

BP captured 600,000 gallon of oil right now and expected to capture 1.2
gallon of oil per day next week.
Currently, government estimated that BP leaked about 1 million gallon of oil
per day, in other words, Government vastly underestimated the spill.
We are probably talking about over 2 million gallon per day. so over 100
million gallon of oil had already spilled.
Last time, Exxon spilled 10 million gallon of oil.
