如果没有有效美国签证，需要墨西哥签证。是为数不多的需要墨西哥签证的情况。

刚给墨西哥驻芝加哥领事馆打了电话确认了一下，他们说只要有合法的work permit是
不需要申请签证的，而这个EAD 也在这个类别里。
可能是政策有变化了吧，不过还是要谢谢您的回复！

大使馆网站上是这样写的，建议还是小心点。墨西哥旅游签证很好申，当场拿到。短期
出差这种不清楚是不是旅游签证。

· All those foreign nationals, regardless of their nationality won'
t need a Mexican visa as long as they are holders of a valid and not expired
USA visa in their passport.

would have to apply for a Mexican visa at this Consulate (I-797 A Forms,
Advance Parole Forms, I-20 OR DS-2019 Forms won’t be good enough for
entering to Mexico without a Mexican visa).

试车了, 还行, Check engin light is on. But I love this car; thus, I put a
1000 deposit on it. Hope it can be fixed easily.

为了确保出差万无一失，我又打了电话咨询了一下，结果今天就说我需要申请签证了。
看来他们的工作人员也并不是on the same page啊，还给我发了链接，上面也清楚的写
