从来没有Lease过，请问这个价格如何？还有砍价的空间吗？谢谢。

记得班上有位高人总结过。
大致是，如果你lease的三年费用总和小于当前这款车销售价格MSRP的30%，就是不错的
deal。
大于35%就肯定不划算。

谢谢，算了下是38.7%。那么就是说还有讲价空间？
我看过本版讨论后的印象是(1)目前租BMW比较划算，(2)不同车之间，有些租划算，有
些买更划算，跟3年后的residual value有关。
请问上述理解是对的吗？那么Lease X1如何？和其他型号的SUV（X3, X5）比较起来呢

不好,好的deal每个月的payment最起码要低于1/100的MSRP,低于1/110就跳吧.

请问怎么找到好的deal呢？是要等还是需要找dealer砍价？
因为希望快点拿到车，又是第一次Lease，所以什么都不懂。

BMW X SUVs have relatively low residual values. X1 = 60%, X3 = 57%, X5 = 59%
(all with 3 year 30k miles).
You can find better deal in 3/4/5 series sedans/coupes (usually around 63%
residual).

谢谢，原来如此。那么有什么SUV是Residual Value比较高，Lease比较划算的？（唯一
的要求是安全性。）
还是说SUV买新的或二手通常比Lease划算？
