A，B，C是一家，车和保险在A名下。
B名字在保险里。C名字不在保险里。
D是朋友。
现B，C或D开车出事，需赔车，赔医药费的情况下:
1.B开车的情况，A保险不够时会找B赔偿吗?
2.C或D开车的情况，A保险会赔吗?
若会赔，A保险不够时，会找C或D赔偿吗?

I thought A & B have the same insurance policy. So the policy should cover
the accident.
A保险不会赔 C if A & C live in the same address.
A保险会赔 D if he's authorized driver(by A or B).
Not sure if D's own insurance primary or secondary in this case.
