not sure if you are troll, or directed at someone on the forum, but here is
my answer to your question.
Nurse's salary is highly relevant to their shift and work location. the size
of the hospital is irrelevant. for example, a RN in a small hospital in LA
makes ~ 60k when they first graduate, if they like to take night shifts, it
is going to be ~ 70k. for male nurses, it starts at 70k, a little higher
than the female nurses.
after a few years, the RN can choose to do BSN or MSN track, and potentially
be a supervisor either at a hospital or say, a day care. a RN/MSN
supervisor at a day care makes 100-120k+ a year, a director makes 150k+ that
's what my aunt did a few years ago. she was a doctor in China, moved here
didn't want to become a 千老, so she became a nurse. went thru ~ 1 year of
training, did some qualification/cert testing(not sure about detail, but she
said was super easy and quick), unlike MDs, there is no competitive board
for nurses, no matching, and you get to be paid similar after a few years.
the MDs are very rare, Chinese MDs (passed board, lucky enough to get a
match in LA) get to be paid like shit, treated like shit in the chinese
hospitals in LA (yea, the few on garfield, hoards of chinese MDs there gets
paid ~ 60k or below) . nurses are the complete opposite.
