买车的时候过于兴奋，签字的东西又太多，结果回到家才发现贷款的部分包括了一个
allstate的vehicle service contract，并且有我的签字。。。但是dealer完全没有向
我解释过这个contract到底是什么，我也完全不知道这个contract的细节。。。
求助大神，这个怎么办。。。。。：（

多少钱的车子？最后钱总数多3500都没看出来？
这种应该可以cancel

回去找Dealer，他们忽悠你了，可以退，态度要坚决

Follow一下：我做好了撕逼的准备去找dealer，结果dealer很痛快的答应退款了。。。
dealer给了我一个表，说等我finance statement到了之后填表传真给他就行了。。。
我觉得dealer的逻辑就是这样，反正钱给你算上，你要是发现了就给你取消反正也懒得
和你argue，但是如果没发现就活该你倒霉。。。

找律师一般是给自己添堵，不相信就试试好了。

No lawyer, contact dealer sales manager or general manager. Tell them their
business practice is felony, and you are going to report them. They will
cancel the extra, and keep all the phone call record, and time and day and
person you have contacted. Give them couple days to cancel it, with
everything in writing. If they don't follow it, contact state attorney
general office for business felony complaint. They will have big trouble
than you had.
