朋友帮我把车停在一个storage comapany
上了锁 签了约 约上写着不负责安全 俩月了 我一直没看
节前邮件我:
We found your unit to be without a lock this afternoon so we have placed one
of out red facility locks on the unit to secure it. I do not have your
friend, 。。。。。。。perhaps he is the one who removed your lock.
Your car is still in the unit, which is why we placed our red facility lock
on the unit.
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I will not be in the office until Monday

XX told me there was a lock just now. How often do you check the units?
There was a signature that someone broken in before?
回复我说:
We check the units at least twice per week and often times more than that.
We have had a few locks go missing from units, but nothing taken from the
units.
We will keep our red lock on your unit until you are able to replace it.
我又问:
somebody took the lock away? Why did they try to break the door? It is
normal?

your lock is missing, so I can only assume that if your friend Jim did not
take the lock off, someone removed the lock, possibly by cutting it, but I
cannot be sure. I don't know why they took your lock. It is not normal for
locks to go missing from units. We are currently looking into getting
cameras on the exterior of buildings so if this type of mischief happens
again, we will have a better idea of what happened and who did it.
