新手不太懂，借宝地问一下。这$6500不知是什么Rebate，不知道是不是人人都符合还
是有什么特别的要求。dealer还没回我。如果有$6500的话，算好deal吗？Residual算
60%， MF算0.00187（另一个dealer给的，应该宝马给的统一标准吧）。Selling price
是13% off MSRP。
36 months/36k miles
MSRP: $51,760.00
Selling price before rebate: $44,895.00
Due at signing: $2,500.00
Monthly payment including tax and $6,500 lease rebate: $365.88

$6500是lease cash，没有特殊要求。Buyrate MF应该是0.00177。你的due at signing
太高了，估计是tax和acquisition fee都包括在内。不如放MSD （NY state除外），把
tax和acquisition fee放到monthly payment，这个monthly payment低，即使放满7个
MSD，大约也是2500刀。deal不错, 另外24 month的lease是个sweet spot，比36 month
少20多刀的monthly。跟dealer说要buyrate MF，把tax和所有fee都roll into monthly
，要求max MSD，only first month and MSD due at signing。
