we have a rdf/xml, but the content is not strictly in rdf syntax, only wrapp
ed with , with rdf:ID and rdf:resource used, as followed.
Is there any chance to use RDF frameworks like Jena/OpenRDF to get the graph
structure out? Or maybe have to transform it to RDF first? Any other good g
raph libraries for this case?
