hybrid自行车，电动马达负责助力启动和上坡，巡航时主要靠脚踩。折叠之后就是一个
登机箱。后轮跟brompton折叠方式类似，向前折叠。前轮较小，不侧面折叠，而是向后
折叠到折叠起来的后轮后下方。折叠之后车子也是左右对称的。为了满足这个折叠特点
，前叉后叉跟外壳固定在一起，形成平行线，而不是最终焊接在一起，所以在折叠的时
候，轮子能够通过前叉后叉之后折叠到登机箱里面。
至于商业模式，可以采用卖产品，也可以采取网络出租的模式（这个车子可以折叠到登
机箱大小，如果直接fedex ground ship到顾客那里，也就20刀不到的价钱，全美多搞
几个仓库，运费就更省了。），对这个商业模式也适用于出租brompton。
我99.9%不太可能靠自己把这个idea变成产品了，写出来，希望有能人能够把这个想法
实现。

similar product already exists...
I know one which generates equal power from both electricity and human so it
balance sports and comfort.
what's the selling point of your idea?

Not all similar product are compact enough.
My selling points are:
1, very compact design, compact means small enough to fit a suitcase
2, user don't have to buy it. Just rent it and have a try in the cities.
Brompton is too expensive to suit my bicycle online rental business, so I
have to design my own

It's a project someone I know used to work on.
Given such things are not hard to implement, I feel your 1 and 2 can't
become your comparative advantage.
I have seen very few bike rental in USA but quite a few in Europe, so I
think it's not about whether it's compact or convienient, it's more about
the road infrastructure and people's habit.

There is no online bike rental service right now, so my idea is one of its
kind.
You can find bike rentals at every hot tourist spots which usually cost $20~
$30 per hour. The cost for bike rental is much higher than car rental. A
segway tour is even more expensive than bike rental.
Please note that I am not talking about bike for commute.
