我的情况是H1B已经批下来了，今年10月份生效。现在正在帮老婆填转B2-〉H4的表格。
在填I-539的Part3 Processing Information部分迷茫了，求助大家怎么填？

我H1B的到期时间。
2.Is this application based on an extension or change of status already
granted to your spouse, child, or parent?
a.No
b.Yes USCIS Receipt #
我选的是Yes，然后把H1B approval receipt#填了上去。
3.Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give
your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status?
a.No
b.Yes, filed with this I-539
c.Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS. Receipt #:
我选的是No.
4. If you answered "Yes" to Question 3, give the name of the petitioner or
applicant:
