有最好的CSR，客户评价最好。
信用卡当然CASH BACK重要，但是CSR也很重要，我一般平时用SCHWAB VISA 2%，因为有好的CASH BACK，但是买大件，特别是电器，还是要AMEX，平时这些卡都有互补比较好。

没觉得FIA客服有啥不好，他们既然挂了Amex的牌子，客服也要按Amex的标准来，否则
把AMEX牌子名声搞坏了AMEX可担当不起，因为很多普通的用户肯定就把AMEX FIA当正常

BTW, FIA fidelity CSR is great as well.
The most important thing:
1) You will see transaction on your card as pending within minutes charge is
made to your account
2) YOu get true 2% unlimited cash-back... that addes up about 1k-3k each
year easily for me...
3) Most purchases get approved easily.. You don't get shit phone calls/block
of ur card from chase.

双手推荐 Fidelity 2% American Express.
虽然不能算是严格意义上AMEX发行的卡, 但是实际使用起来一样是超赞. 服务也很好.
