This is a 2D-Kadane problem, O(n^3)... BTW, do you have the pdf of that book

我想出的最好解法也就是O(n^3)了，想知道有没有更好的解法。听说有公司面试问这个
题，如果最好的答案是O(n^3)，有啥好问的啊。。。。。。。

就是O(N^2*M)
还是有点技巧吧，需要预处理一下
