My favorite song! And Don Mclean, one of my favorite song writer. "Vincent".
What a poem!
"American Pie" is a classical song of allegory. But even more than all the
stories behind I like the simple love story:
"Well I know that you're in love with him
cuz I saw you dancing in the gym
you both kicked off your shoes
and I dig those rhythm and blues ..."
Beautiful folk song, Springsteen has a lot of that.
