It depends on how you want to use those RNAs.
I think if you try to do any reaction with them, it is not good to have a
trace
of ethanol. but if you want to extract mRNAs or do electrophoresis, it may not
matter.
BTW, have you tried to heat it at 65 degree for 10 minutes? it should help
dissolving RNAs.
The trizol protocol recommends to air dry RNAs for about 10 minutes, which
usually can results a little ethanol in the tube.
