自己准备H1B的申请，是大学的职位。HR 的人给我的信息中只有budget的数字，没有
gross income 和net income的数字。这两个地方应该怎么填？budget是算gross 还是
net? 如果是 其中一个，那另一个怎么填？十分着急，先谢谢了

问过学校了，要自己找律师办。
