我目前在一家小公司上班，OPT10月下旬到期，现在等学校把新的I-20寄过来就申请延
期。我应该是今年申请H1B还是明年4月1日前？谢谢！

我们07年7月同时交的140/485，pd是07年6月，
2010年9月跨州换的工作
RFE可能性很大吗？

换工作就不要怕RFE

不跨州换工作也会收到RFE,我跟我朋友都是.

移民局怎么知道换工作了?我夸州搬家，但是还是同一雇主，只是file了变地址，后来
AP也都顺利寄到新地址。
请问这种情况会RFE么？

这种事情谁也不知道的.我跟我朋友既没换工作也没跨州换地址,但都收到RFE,她在
current前就收到了,我在current后收到的.这个就是看最后final review的IO怎么想了
,前面pre-adjudicate的IO觉得不用RFE,可是final的就会觉得还需要.

A tough, but powerful PI with great network. Her lab belongs to those in
which you will have a good chance to
be independent. However, it really depends on what choice else you have.
If you have offer from Flavell or
Rudensky et al, that is different story.

Do you think that Rudensky is a good choice?
There are several chinese PIs coming from Flavell's lab, and their works are
interesting.

immunologists, especially ideas
are impressive, papers are not only for GUAN SHUI, research work has long-
