前段时间版上讨论 Licor Odyssey，请问熟悉imager的各位，licor odyssey， storm
imager(GE), 还有Bio Rad的imaging system，哪个最好用？
我一直用film，但是最近暗房被拆了，杯具。。。lab里面有一台 Bio Rad 的imaging
system,我很不喜欢用，感觉远不如film sensitive，而且背景也高。
现在考虑是否有必要催boss换一台imaging system做western blotting，请熟悉这方面
的推荐一下。

Licor is best but the set-up fee is too high, unless your boss is very rich,
don't push him to buy one.
STORM is lousy and I hate it a lot.
Film is cheap and easy to start with but it needs a dark room.
Bio-Rad imager essentially is just an alternative to film, but it is tricky
because you would have a hard time to make the membrane flat. One trick is,
you can use a piece of thin flex-glass to put it on top of your membrane.
And rememeber don't put too much chemifluorescent solution on your memb
