这个实验室能尽量不要去就不要去，此人是系主任，犹太人，组内有AP和博后，但是你
基本看不到以前博后的信息，因为关系基本都很差，走的时候N多人不要他的推荐信，
估计是很差，副作用。
他招的位置是需要高分子和有机合成，这个位置是经常招人，但是很难招到。
此人招博后的目的就是给公司和博士生做原料，发生什么问题都是博后的错。为了留住
你，会丢给你一根骨头，也就是一个所谓的project。他根本不懂你做的东西，所以你
很难发表第一作者的文章，你会看到博士生一起做好几个项目，你只能给他们做原料，
心情如何？而且你会受到N重领导，有些时候你都不知道今天你要干什么，下面的AP会
把你差的行为立马报告老板，同事让他们稍微不满意，你基本就要走了。
此处的好处是适合无任何无所追求的，但是你活得也很郁闷，呵呵。

现在算是拿到了一个靠谱的ｏｆｆｅｒ，公司也愿意给我转Ｈ１Ｂ身份。现在他们想让
我估计一下大概什么时候可以上班。如果我不考虑Ｈ１Ｂ的话，我现在的公司得给２周
的通知时间。我现在就想问一下有经验的朋友们，一般来说Ｈ１Ｂ　Ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ
要多久才知道批没有批？如果可以办加急呢？
我知道有人的说拿到ｒｅｃｅｉｐｔ就可以到新东家上班了。可是我怕最后不能给批，
想等到收到ａｐｐｒｏｖａｌ　ｎｏｔｉｃｅ的时候，这样是不是要等很久呢？

屯子里的朋友们，最近温度不断升高，前后院的草坪很多都打卷了，虽然每天傍晚都会
喷洒一次，怎么还是这样啊，大家是怎么处理的啊，感觉好像只有经常在阴凉的墙壁旁
的草长的好，可是也不能说要给这些草坪遮阳啊，不知道是不是因为阳光太强烈了的原
因。

Depending on the context, I think you are reading at some enginerring
paper.
You are asking on the wrong board.
In biology field, the word "motor" means something drasically different
than in engineering.

每次浇水要浇透，至少20分钟以上，喷洒一下没有用的，不浇到根的话等于没浇水。
据说应该是早晨浇水最好，越早越好。

估计你的草皮是长期施用化肥的，土壤已经不容易吸水了。我后院的菜地以前是种草的
，也是用化肥，多年后土壤不吸水了。下一整天雨那个土一公分以下的地方全都是干的
，我后来种菜都是挖坑，然后在坑里放大量的肥土改良土壤，现在稍微好一点了。

Yet another problem caused by irrigation. Because water don't go deep down,
every grass is trying to spread its roots as wide as possible, instead of as
deep as possible. Now the soil begins to heat up, and the shallow-rooted
grasses brown out.
It's high time to aerate your lawn now. Water less often but deeper every
time. Actually, I'm against watering before July 4th, at all.
Naturally, when the soil gradually warms up, your grass roots will seek the
colder side, and thus dig deeper and deeper, that's how they survive the
summer heat. When the August sun finally scorches up the surface, they are
already well hidden underground. But your spring and early summer watering
confused grass and stay shallow, if you don't train your grass well now, how
could they survive the real summer?
