之前填错了一次，发现新填的又填错了。。。而且已经退出了

我在2014 年提前支取了我 6 年前曾经工作地方的退休金；并在支取同时交了10% 罚金；
在1099-R 中federal income tax withheld 也是这样收的（20% federal tax+10%
penality);
但是用turbotax 报税时，好像又收了一次 10%罚金？请问有什么办法？
我分析可能是我用的turbotax 是免费版本；不好用。
请问大家能否推荐其它好用的免费版本报税软件？

你被扣了多少税跟你应该交多少税的两码事。报税就是计算你应该交多少税。其中要算
penalty等。最后算出来要交的税，如果比你已经交了的多，就要补交；如果少，就退
税。

Or the exact crystal structure? (3rd structure)?
Either way you can find them on NCBI database
