据说大多数情况下H4在州内待满一年即可享受州内学费。想问一个问题：如果H4读书期
间，H1到外州工作或者换身份了，那么剩下的学费还能按in-state交吗？这是H4是否一
定要转成F1了？

大家好，我碰到个问题，
去年10/3日从中国回美国的时候，海关给到valid to 1/31/2014（第一次h1b的到期日
）因为我是用旧的h1b入境的，那时新的h1b已经批了（notice date 9/27/2013)但是律
师还没寄给我。
那现在我这是非法居留么？还是可以用新的h1b出入境。
7月要去cruise.这不是麻烦么。。。。。要是我已经非法了。。。
看了下面这个帖子寒气直冒啊。
