据说就是考
编成和算法？
需要准备presentation吗？
一般多长时间？

我在给公司A工作的时候回国签了H1B，还没过期。目前换了雇主，给公司B 工作，有新
的I797。计划回国两周，需要重新面签吗？

做了一组ELISA，每个时间点得到3个数据，算了平均值和standard deviation。现在
reviewer让
把平均值换成log的，这没问题；但是standard deviation怎么做？
直接把原来的STD取log？

我觉得这么做应该可以：每个数据都log，然后平均值和standard deviation都用这个
log算。

Instead of presenting your research, talk about previous
industry projects you've done, if you are not fresh.
1 hour presentation, that's too easy, much easier than
1 hour interview.

What if I am a fresh graduate and have no industrial experience?
What exactly do they expect from the presentation? Communication skills or
matched experience, or something else?
