最近发现，在公司一起玩得比较多的单身，7-8/out of 10都在或者是准备买房子了。
买房的比例和积极性，都非常高。甚至出现了大家同时在抢（bid）同一个property的
情况。根据各人情况不同，买condo和townhouse 比较多。
大家周围是不是也这样？我在DC-Maryland-Northern Virgina 地区

any one can recommend a good one? recently the solutions from GE heathcare
or Thermo scientific is weak, sometimes no signaling.

8月份之后上市房子骤减，每天都那几个没卖出去的看烦了。
