有幸得到一个AP position，现需要估算个 startup package。因为我主要是用E.
Coli express and purify membrane proteins，特向有经验前辈们请教几个主要用到

有人有类似的经历吗？
父母united从纽约飞日本，然后全日空从日本飞上海
在纽约行李票只打了纽约飞日本的部分。
因为父母没有去日本的签证，所以不可能在日本出关，取行李再check in。
给united打电话，说只能到了上海之后，再通过全日空向united要行李。
这样岂不是非常麻烦？
