neither could be considered as very good But if these r the only options u have, u could start with citi dividend, and u r more likely to get approved. Discover application is always highly YMMV

i c generally, use your citi first until reaching 300 cb cap, and start to use discover. but when the purchase falls into a specific bonus category of either card by quarter, then use the card that has bonus 5% for the purchase.Of course, those quarterly bonus categories have CB cap too. Be sure to read the fineprint when u sign up for quarterly bonus, especially on Discover. Actually, it is very simple while it is complicated if I have to give u some "do...while" or "if...then.." loop. Just read the terms/conditions of each card, and I bet you will make best use of these 2 cards. Ppl here are more willing to explain on some definitions in the terms/ conditions AFTER you read terms/conditions yourself first. Well, with better credit history u would have in the future, find something better coz neither of your 2 cards is a good choice to be your main CC my 2 cents
在CONTRACTOR的建议下,刚刚做了一个,防止室内地上类似的CONDENSATION。 Self-insulating foundations Some contractors pour insulation into concrete blocks while building the foundation. Turn this concept inside out, and you have an insulated concrete form (ICF). An ICF is a rigid foam block, usually polystyrene, that homebuilders can stack so their centers are aligned, insert reinforcing bars into, and fill with concrete. These foundations are both structural and insulating – insulation is incorporated directly into the f
