I am wondering why my two DNA pellet have different colors, one is white and
the other is yellow. There is paper describing different colors due to
extraction methods, ranging from transparent, white, yellow to brown. And
this does not correspond to A260/A280 ratio.
However, my two samples were extracted by one method, I have a feeling that
this might correlate with size of pellet. Any idea?
