这些蛋白的折叠不需要很多帮助吗？比如chaperone，lectin，folding enzymes...？
另外细胞质里的蛋白都没有二硫键，糖基化吗？

Some proteins do need chaperone for folding and stability and there are
plenty in cytosol, for example, heat shock proteins. Protein surface
disulfide bonds are rare in cytosolic proteins although there are some in
interior of the proteins. 糖基化 is not that common for cytosolic proteins,
either.
