本人没做过蛋白纯化，对其一无所知。现以构建了GST表达质粒，要转化到rosetta 2
感受态细胞中，然后纯化蛋白，请大家推荐beads. 请告知详细信息，如公司，catalog
number.

you can use fast flow also, that will be fast.
use their pre-packed clumon and use a syringe if you only have small scale
sample. otherwise buy the 25 or 100ml resin and pack a column by yourself.
this resin has very good capacity.

大家说我买GST purification kit (Clontech) 来纯化如何？我知道大牛们都按自己的
protocol 来做，但我这新手没做过，来个kit更容易些。当然是浪费钱了。
