Observations based on 485 processing. Particularly TSC
1) temporary cut off RD is 12/15/2011. RD after that is not being worked on.
I guess this may be partially due to uscis underestimated the number of
visas needed because they casually assigned dependent wrong PD. they now
damage control by guaranteeing some early ppl get the quota.
2) for ppl with RD on or before 12/15/2011. 40%+ November got approved; 30~
40% December approved. NSC slightly higher than TSC.
3) for ppl in (2), average waiting time after finger print is 55 days,
standard dev 16.5 days. slightly skewed indicating process speeded up after
holidays. 65% ppl will see GC between 40~70 days after fingerprint.
