2007办了一个eb3.现在还在同一个公司，想再办一个EB2。跟老板和律师大致说了一下
。律师说要sustantial different。譬如原来是3级engineer，变为4级engineer，工作
内容类似，只不过级别升了一级，这就不行。如果从engineer变为engineer manager并
且管人的话才行。这话说的当然在理，但老外律师一般都有一说一，不会象中国律师一
样站在你的角度帮你出主意。
我想请教我现在是operation planner，如果变成operation planning manager但没有
直接汇报的下属，是不是可以在工作内容里回避一下直接管理下属的方面，强调进行业
务管理和收取其他团队的业务汇报，并且多用些关键词，和原来EB3的工作内容写的不
一样些，不知道能行吗？

A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the newly established

Motivated professionals, who are interested in research on type 2 diabetes,
