高人们能不能推荐一个lentiviral vector, 可以表达两个外来的gene, 比如
luciferase 和 Cre, 同时还能表达一个shRNA?
tyler jacks的那个 UbC.Luciferase.PGK.Cre 好用吗?

如果用一个promoter，可以用一个2A把两个基因连起来。
他那个情况是必须要两个不同的promoter。

2A是表达蛋白用的，他那个shrna不适用

if by GFP not luciferase
you can try CAG (cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer element and chicken
beta-actin) promoter

Description
The CAGs-rtTA3 transgene has a CAG (cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer
element and chicken beta-actin) promoter driving widespread expression of
reverse tetracycline-controlled transactivator 3 (rtTA3). High rtTA3
expression is observed in most tissues examined. Mice hemizygous for the
CAGs-rtTA3 transgene are viable and fertile.
When crossed with mice carrying a TRE/tetO promoter-directed gene of
interest, progeny may be treated with doxycycline to initiate conditional
expression.
When crossed with TRE-GFP-shRNAmir (short hairpin microRNA) transgenic mice,
the donating laboratory was able to conditionally regulate RNA interference
(RNAi) with doxycycline with high efficiency and selectively mark gene
knockouts with GFP fluorescence.
