Repeat your experiments if there are not too many bands that were stolen. If it is not worth fighting, just take it easy and pretend you did not notice anything. Nobody cares about junk paper. Find another lab when possible. Unfortunately faking data is not uncommon at all as we all know.
Make sure you have a clear mind if you want to stay in biology in the future. Communicate with the first author and your PI in emails, not by talking, for documentation purpose. Write to the first author and point out that you don't agree with his behavior, ask to withdraw your data and your name. cc to your PI. Change lab if your PI doesn't support you. And if he revenges, send the emails to dept chair and university authority, or journal editor. Or better change lab anyway if what you said is true about his other papers. Consider these questions: What can you learn from him? Will you be proud about coming out of his lab? Will you be happy if your name is on papers like this?
If they reply to you by coming to talk with you and avoid leaving any written statements, make sure after the talks you send them an email to repeat their oral statements for confirmation, and write such as: "please let me know if I misunderstood your intention" or "feel free to correct my misunderstanding".
