1.最大的能有鸡蛋那么大吧，大家觉得能自己买杀虫药搞定吗？还是数量比较多，找
pest control 比较好？
2.周围邻居的屋檐下都有马蜂窝，如果别人都不除马蜂窝，只有我家除的话，是不是没
什么意义？
3.如果不除掉蜂窝的话，是不是蜂窝就会越来越多，马蜂也会进到屋里来？

最近做qPCR，机器刚calibration。用以前用过的标本体系测试发现扩增曲线异常，而
且看不到Ct值。不知是什么原因。上网查了一下有人说可能是底物浓度过高，但稀释
100倍后还是同样结果。我用的是bio-rad iQ5机型，不知用不用重新设定基线或者阈值
？如果用的话怎样设定？希望有经验的战友帮忙解决一下。非常感谢。

我们屋檐下原来也有两个，邻居帮我们喷了一下药，让我们自己再买药喷透彻一点，我
们药倒是买了，一直都没喷，最近发现那两个马蜂窝不见了，是喷过药自己会掉吗？还

记得我那个邻居当时是跟我说等蜂窝空了要爬上去把它们摘下来的，可是它们竟然消失
了，地上也没看到

那个专杀马蜂的喷剂是泡沫状的，如果只是鸡蛋大小，应该立马覆盖了。马蜂只要碰上
一点就飞不了了。不放心可以对着一块石头试用一下。
