今天agent发来Termite检查结果，如下。我打算再要求一个彻底的structure检查，然
后让seller清理一下。大家还有什么好的建议？另外，去除白蚁有什么不同的solution
吗？有比较好的inspector推荐吗？
检查结果：
Findings: Evidence of drywood termite infestations.
Recommendation: Chemically treat visible and accessible areas of dry-wood
termites to control infestations. Remove or cover pellets.

您在哪里呢? 在湾区有白蚁简直就是最普遍的现象了,杀了还会有,take it easy.
叫seller出钱杀了.

南加，orange county. 听同事说这边基本每家都有。是想问哪种清理最彻底，让
seller去做。
